Surfboard
The Surfboard, our entry level product, is your opportunity to experience the Rowboat way in just a day. At the end of the high-impact, high-energy day, all our IP is your IP and you’ll be surfing like a pro!
What you’ll get:
A day of devoted time with a senior facilitator and designer in the room with you and your team. Often used to tackle a current big opportunity while learning the tools and mindsets of human-centred design. We do the pre-work to make sure the day is a hit. Of course, there are other ways to use a Surfboard too including team building, large event facilitation, accelerating one particular idea. Got another idea? Surprise us!

Rowboat
The Rowboat, our flagship product, is an opportunity to take a close look at what your people and customers (really, really) think, so that you can make informed decisions. The most human of human research!
What you’ll get:
We’ll curate the best design team for your project and you’ll row with them for 4-8 weeks. We’ll guide you through discovery (customer and employee research) and synthesis (making sense of the data), to give you no holds barred access to how people honestly feel about your products, services or organisation. We’ll create compelling artefacts to help you use these insights across the organisation.
Typically $40-80k
Yacht
The Yacht, our end-to-end experience, sees us sailing from start to finish of the design process, from problem identification to prototyped solutions, and all the way to implementation.
What you’ll get:
When you’re aboard the Yacht we’ll take you through ‘a Rowboat’ and then use insights to run a large fully facilitated ideas session with a large group of users and stakeholders to come up with hundreds of ideas. We’ll take these ideas and bring the best to life with real, tangible prototypes that can be tested and iterated, ready for you to launch within your organisation and/or the big wide world.
