Where our voyage began
Meet Bec, our Founder and Captain who discovered her passion for Human-Centred Design while consulting at PwC (starting with the firm in London, then moving to Melbourne).
When the ‘7 year itch’ hit she acted on a life-long ambition to set up her own business and Rowboat was born. Stepping off her own Big Ship wasn’t easy though, you can read more about the day it all began.

Hey, I’m Ben the Creative Lead or ‘wizard’ at Rowboat, I’m always looking for new ways to bring creativity and design to life in the workplace to communicate more effectively.
Special skills include:
- FInding new visual ways to communicate ideas
- Bringing even the most intangible products to life
- Nurturing the creativity in everyone
- Cooking delish vego meals
